Service Description

Suitable for those who have regularly been practicing Pilates for at least a year and can safely perform Intermediate Pilates. Equipment Required: Pilates Mat, Pilates 7" soft ball, Resistant Band, Pilates Magic Circle. Contact me if you wish to purchase equipment from myself.

Cancellation Policy

Classes must be paid for prior to attendance. Late Show or No Show are charged in full. Strictly 24 hours cancellation is required on all Private and Studio Bookings. Payments are non-refundable. If a course can not be completed due to leaving the country or illness or injury the remaining classes can be held as credit until the next course resumes (maximum of 3 months).
