Before taking Pilates with us we will ask you to provide us with some personal information, including your name, email address and telephone number. This information allows us to confirm the booking you have made. In addition we ask you to provide us with some questions about your health so that we can be aware of any conditions, illnesses or accidents you are currently experiencing or have been through. This is so we may give you exercises appropriate to you and be aware of any specific needs whilst with us.

3. SHARING YOUR DATA
